Guided by paragraph 23 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby decree:
To award Alizadeh Akif Aga Mehdi oglu the “Labor Order” the 1st degree for long-term effective activity in the field of development of science of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
